Order details (name, email, phone, delivery address), contact-form data (name, phone, message), and technical data needed to run the site (e.g. cart contents, language choice).
Payment data is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use data to process and deliver orders (performance of a contract), to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting). We only send marketing with your consent.
4. Recipients
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate: Stripe (payments), our delivery provider, and our email provider. All act on our behalf and in line with the GDPR.
5. Retention
We keep order data as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian DPA (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
