1. Introduction
By using this website and ordering products you accept these terms. The seller is Juice Right, Zadar, Croatia.
2. Products
We sell raw, cold-pressed juices and plant mylks in small batches. Because of the nature of the product, availability may be limited and vary day to day.
3. Prices and orders
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or unavailability.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cash or card is available on pickup.
5. Delivery and pickup
We offer delivery within the stated area and in-person pickup. Delivery times are estimates. Because of freshness, delivery is arranged in agreed time slots.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (fresh juices). If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
7. Returnable bottles
Our products come in returnable glass bottles. Please return them with your next order.
8. Liability
We strive for accurate information but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, with the courts of Zadar having jurisdiction.
